Sustainability

Responsible actions and economic management for people and environment: Together with the parent company, DAW SE, Caparol Industrial Solutions GmbH committed itself to these aims many years ago.

In unison with DAW SE, as a company we implement sustainability principles – in our products, our workplaces and at our production location. Naturally, our management systems are certified in accordance with the relevant industrial standards, in the fields of General Quality Management, Environmental Protection, Energy Management, Occupational Safety and Health Protection Management. Appropriate to these high standards, we also expect our employees to behave responsibly, for example, with natural resources. Particular attention is given to occupational safety in all areas of the site (Vision Zero) and to the motivation of our employees, also in keeping personally fit (Campaign 10,000 steps).

On an international level the DAW Group committed itself at an early stage to exacting sustainability standards. Through our entry into the Global Compact of the United Nations we acknowledge ten basic values of the UN in the fields of human rights, occupational standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption measures.
