NEFA® XKV-Pastes
Dyeing pastes for high-performance dosing machines
The products in the NEFA® XKV group are dyeing paste systems that have been specially developed for use in high-performance dosing machines. NEFA® XKV concentrates are particularly characterised by the very high dispersion quality of the colour pigments and thus guarantee a smooth flow in the mechanical dosing process. Dyeing paste concentrates in this product group stand out because of their reliable colour reproduction, thus offering maximum efficiency in the mechanical dyeing of your sealing systems.
NEFA® HYB TINT XKV tinting systems are very compatible and easily incorporated colour concentrates specially matched for the dyeing of hybrid sealing systems. They are based on a phthalate-free plasticiser and can therefore be employed in a wide variety of sealing systems. A high colour yield and reproducibility of the colours are ensured due to optimum dispersion of the pigments. The NEFA® HYB TINT XKV series consists of 12 standard shades, which are compatible and can be mixed with each other.
NEFA® SIL XKV tinting systems are very compatible and easily incorporated colour concentrates specially matched for the dyeing of silicone sealing systems using a dosing machine. NEFA® SIL XKV tinting systems are manufactured in 5 standard colours for the dyeing and nuancing of transparent or filled silicone sealing systems. A high colour yield and reproducibility of the colours are ensured due to optimum dispersion of the pigments.
