For years we have been training young people in chemically technical professions, currently as enamels laboratory technicians and chemical technicians. Our experience shows that a well-found apprenticeship in a demanding profession is the optimum start for a successful career – and represents the first rung on the professional career ladder in our company. We try to ensure that the young colleagues remain with us after their apprenticeship, because we know that it is only as an attractive employer – primarily for the young people in the region – that we can realise our growth ideas.
Also, further professional training – within the framework of technician and master training as well as the dual bachelor and master degrees – is an important component in our employee advancement. With regard to filling future management functions, we have a special interest in identifying qualified future leaders at an early stage and in supporting them in their professional development.
